Hummus
1 can of chickpeas
1 clove of garlic
2 tablespoons tahini
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 dl fresh orange juice
1 teaspoon cumin
A small pinch of Maldon salt
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Pepper to taste
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
If desired, add a splash of ice-cold water and let the food processor run for an additional 1-2 minutes for an even creamier texture.
Store in an airtight container for about a week.
